Now changed my current role in sec team in a Japanese company. Now I am within a team of three which is supervised by the main team.
The project started since March. Then I joined.
The boss and his colleagues has been working as sec product agents. They basically get info of infra side or desk side, or how to hanle, yet they show upper layer(L2) that they are skilled at their isssues which is outof their original scope, and theu try to give impression that I am a a bad support/ unskilled guy.
I need to let them review of each actions. I need to put my intended mail content or Team messages to a closed Team chat, then I will need their consent or approval before contacting to other teams or users ( 80% of them are revised / rejected and I will need to send their cintent as my mail, often they are rejected since they want me to ask L2 anything and the course to handle isses). Sometimes I will need to explain technical background and how I will solve things or what to ask for solving issues.
They use the knowledge got from the course of approval/ revision for handling their tasks. They will not assign any task which may potentially lead to my good appraisals from L2 or users.
Last week, they seemed to have found how Aws works after getting hints ( I occasionally told them on it, something like it would need OS on Ec2, yet not sure the security soft would be installed managed correctly as a device in intra network). now they are almost boasting that the knew, then test and tries me on any areas.
